The Kush Juice Cleanse is not a weight-loss or diet tool, it is a 3 day cleanse designed to fill your body with goodness, whilst consuming minimum fibre to give your digestive system a break.

This detoxification acts as a reset for the body, improving energy levels and clearing the skin, as well as many other benefits.

Three days of juice and snacks are provided. The all-natural juices are served in 500ml glass jars, and are not diluted.

Each day contains…

1. Breakfast Juice (grapefruit, carrot, orange, lemon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper)
2. Green Juices (apple, kale, spinach, mint, cucumber, lemon, ginger, spirulina)
3. Kush Bed Bomb (almond milk, honey, valerian)
4. Hand-made Protein Balls (or similar healthy snack)

Each Kush Juice Cleanse is £90 and can be delivered locally or picked up from one of the studios I regularly teach at. You can also return the glass jars for a £10 reduction from your next purchase.
